This 12"x18" parchment certificate commemorates past or present Naval service during the Navy's 250th Birthday celebrations, culminating in the U.S. Semiquincentennial celebration and International Naval Review on July 4, 2026. A fully custom, hand-drawn design commissioned by the United States Navy pays homage to Naval strength and history, past and present. We are proud to partner with the U.S. Navy Memorial, with a portion of all proceeds donated to the non-profit foundation.

This certificate can be purchased blank for the recipient to complete or customized with your rate, name, and command for an additional $2 per certificate. Your certificate will arrive with an embossed gold seal and ribbon. Frame not included. Please allow five business days for your order to print and ship.
